Shipping policy

 

 

We ship to most of USA and International destinations. For some international areas, restrictions may apply. We make every effort to ship all in stock merchandise within 24 business hours from the time the order was completed. Also, orders received payment by 12PM (PST) will be shipped out on same day (Mon-Fri).


We carefully pack the product and use reputable and reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FEDEX, and DHL. Shipping carrier will be determined by distance and weight of package. We will not be responsible for courier negligence, if the package is damaged upon arrival please file a report with the proper courier.


We process all orders in a day. Our order processing schedule is as follows;
 

  • Daily order cut off time: payment by 12PM (PST)
  • Shipping Process : Monday - Friday (US Holiday will not processed shipment)
  • Pre-order : All pre-order will not effected estimate delivery date , please refer listing detail page for ETA .
  • Back Order : Hold for more than 14 Days, Buyer has the option to cancel order and Full Refund will be issued or exchange with other product

We offer First class (Standard / Ground) , Priority mail and Express one day shipping

Domestic
First class / Standard: 1- 10 days
Priority: 2-3 days
Express: One day on most area


International
USPS First class, UPS, and DHL: First class mail takes 2-4 weeks or more with or without tracking information 
(In Holiday seasons, it might take more than 3 months. We are highly recommended to get priority service or Express)
Priority: 6-14 days with online tracking information (some of country post office can be delay to update)

Also, it's not included our handling time, customs exam or holding time.
Depends on Carriers saturation and customs exam, the delivery can be delay more


Please make sure that you accurately enter your complete shipping address and contact phone number 
When placing your order. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses (including leaving off suite or apartment numbers) will delay the delivery of your shipment.

Many shipping carriers impose an address correction charge on all shipments that require correction. You will be charged for any fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. if the package "Refused" or "Undelivered" packages are subject up to a 25% re-stocking fee.

If you are not in US,  or has PO shipping address on over 1 LB order, Only USPS Priority mail will be available.
If you have alternate shipping address or physical shipping address, please contact us right away

You can actually change new address during the check out 
During the check out, please make new address as default address and your information will changed

Sales Taxes

We are required to collect sales tax on orders shipping to the state of California (9.5%). 

-Additional Note for International Buyer Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
